This sporty watch shows perfect harmony with Formula F1. It is equipped with a manually wound tourbillon chronograph movement and equipped with a gravity sensor. This movement conforms to the details of the architecture layout timing mechanism and uses technical calculations to avoid unnecessary energy waste and movement. At the same time, a wide range of new materials such as titanium are used.
Similar to the mechanical structure of a racing car, the movement is assembled on a grade 5 titanium substrate, which provides the watch with excellent stability and enhances its functions. In a racing competition, the driver must always have all the information and performance of the car. Based on this observation, the RM50-01 watch is equipped with a crown display function to observe the position of the crown at all times, and it is also equipped with a gravity sensor that can display the gravity that the rider is subjected to during the deceleration phase. The entire movement consists of more than 500 parts.
The case has two types of watches: NTPT® (thin-layer composite technology) carbon fiber watches or rose gold and NTPT® carbon fiber materials. This carbon fiber material is a new material exclusively designed and manufactured by Richard Miller. The braided carbon fiber with a layer of only 30 microns is compressed and heated to achieve the required strength and hardness, which is incredible.
This RM50-01 watch will be produced in a limited edition of just 30 pieces. It is a watch specially created for Swiss-born Formula 1 driver Roman Grosjean who is born in Switzerland.
